  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Coconut flakes to garnish

Zucchini Overnight Oats

We all love oatmeal, but did you know it actually goes wonderfull paired with vegetables? We’ve tried with carrots, riced cauliflower, and shredded zucchini. Personally, or champ was definitely zucchini!

Combine oats,  zucchini, flax seeds, maple syrup, almond milk, cinnamon, and hemp seeds in a large bowl. There’s no better way to start your day and get you eating more vegetables!
