Octopus salad with grain
Ingredients:
- 1 can of cooked grain;
- One octopus cooked and cut into pieces;

- ½ watermelon;

Salad with pasta and chicken
Ingredients:
- 250 / 300g of pasta;
- 2 chicken breasts;
- 2 carrots;
- Half avocado;
- 1 tomato.
