Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients

  • One cup of orange juice;
  • 1 lemon juice;
  • 1 cup of water;
  • One slice of pineapple;
  • 1 beet slice;
  • Spoon of sugar;
  • Cherries to taste.

Method of preparation

  • Peel and cut all ingredients;
  • Beat everything in the blender;
  • Sift then;
  • Put the cocktail into bowls;
  • Decorate with cherries;
  • Serve cold.

Frappe Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of cream ice cream;
  • One cup of iced coffee normally prepared without sugar;
  • 1 cup cold milk;
  • Chocolate syrup to decorate.

How to do

Mix all non-alcoholic ingredients in a blender. The recipe yields a glass. The chocolate syrup can be used in the bottom of the glass to decorate and on the frappe to finish.

Swiss lemonade

Ingredients

  • 2 large lemons peeled and without the white part of the middle;
  • 600 ml of sparkling water;
  • 1 can of condensed milk.

Method of preparation

  •  Beat in the blender the lemon, the condensed milk and half the amount of the fizzy water;
  • Strain and add the rest of the water and ice to taste.

Ice Tea with Lemon

Ingredients

  • 2 liters of water;
  • 5 tea bags;
  • Juice from a large lemon;
  • Sugar to taste.

How to do

  • Prepare tea in advance and place to chill;
  • Beat the iced tea, sugar and lemon in the blender.
