Spend all day out of the home, working, studying (or both!) turns hard to keep a healthy life. Difficult, but not impossible! The snacks that you´ll see here will help to keep your energy up even if you´re involved in a project or answering a lot of e-mails.
Healthy snacks are best friends of work breaks and can be “stored” easily in your desk.
1. Seeds
Sources of proteins and fibers, seeds are so good for us – they have minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants that help to reduce blood sugar and blood pressure. Our suggests are sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
2. Nuts
Like seeds, nuts are great healthy snacks. They bring to our body good fat and proteins and match with Greek yogurt, fruits or alone! Almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios… exists a lot of nuts and all of them are delicious.
3. Fruits
Can you think in a healthy snack easier than fruits? Bananas, apples, peaches, and pears are some examples of fruits that taste good and are easy to bring to work. The only problem is that they don´t last too much, but you can keep it for a few days.
With planning it´s possible to keep a healthy routine even if you work a lot. An extra tip is using the weekend to organize your meals!
