The modality provides numerous benefits for those who practice it, involving increased concentration. It helps prevent injury, increases the body’s oxygenation capacity, and relieves stress and anxiety.

7. Functional Fitness Training

Improves endurance, posture, strength and flexibility – something that many runners and interested in a healthy life are looking for. Functional training can be practiced in many ways, and can be a great bet for 2019.

8. Exercise Is Medicine

Completing the ranking of fitness trends for 2019 and according to an initiative called Exercise is medicine, some doctors should prescribe treatments linked to exercise and physical activity as a form of treatment for some diseases. In fact, exercise helps in health and the better quality of life.
